Man convicted of attempted homicide in 2006 arrested in Madison for violating probation

MADISON, Wis. — A man who was convicted in 2006 of three counts of attempted homicide was arrested in Madison on Saturday after reportedly violating his probation.

Jeremy Adeyanju, 39, was taken into custody at around 2:55 p.m. on Sinykin Circle on Madison’s east side. He allegedly resisted officers’ commands during his arrest.

Madison police had received a request from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections to apprehend Adeyanju, who in 2006 was found guilty of three counts of attempted first-degree intentional homicide and three counts of endangering safety by reckless use of a firearm…
