Two proposals to increase the supply and variety of housing in Madison are close to passing after several tweaks.
New regulations that would promote density within the city’s Transit-Oriented Development Overlay District and allow for cottage courts will head to the City Council Tuesday night after the Plan Commission approved updated versions of each proposal at its Dec. 1 meeting.
