BEAVER DAM, Wis. — A lawsuit has been filed in Dane County Circuit Court against the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSC) over the release of records about energy use for Meta’s new data center in Beaver Dam.
It comes after Midwest Environmental Advocates (MEA) said the PSC denied its record request for unredacted documents about electrical load projections for the data center.
According to MEA, it sent the request on Oct. 1. In that request, it pointed out two documents, one for the Beaver Dam data center and one for the Port Washington data center, that had redacted information regarding energy demand projections for the data centers…
