MMSD continues bid to reduce suspensions, disparities in discipline

The introduction of MMSD’s Behavior Education Plan (BEP) in 2014 was a paradigm shift in how Madison schools approach discipline.

More than ten years later, district staff are still tracking the BEP’s impact. They joined the school board’s Instruction Work Group on Monday to share the latest data and their next set of achievement goals.
