ALCS shooting victim says they received ‘small amount’ of money raised to support victims

MADISON, Wis. — Questions are coming to light over money raised for Abundant Life Christian School (ALCS) after a deadly shooting took place at the school last year.

In addition to the shooter, one student and one teacher were killed in the shooting. Six more people were injured. Dec. 16 will mark the one year anniversary of the deadly school shooting.

A report from The Cap Times revealed a student who was critically injured in the shooting saw “a relatively small amount” of the more than half-a-million dollars raised by United Way of Dane County, which established the ALCS Emergency and Recovery Fund in the days after the shooting…
