FITCHBURG, Wis. (WMTV) – A Fitchburg man has been charged with having firearms and ammunition as a felon.
According to a Facebook post by the department, Owen Roberson, 20, is accused of illegally possessing a handgun and semi-automatic rifle during various times in September.
