MADISON, Wis. — The Boys and Girls Clubs of Dane County has launched a new mentorship program aimed at local middle school students to help them build strong study habits, improve academic performance, and prepare them for a successful transition into high school and beyond.
Thanks to a $200,000 donation from longtime supporters John and Jo Ellen McKenzie, students will benefit from a new employee: a dedicated program coordinator. This coordinator will oversee the structure of the mentorship and collaborate with community partners, schools, and families.
