Brix Cider’s Wisco Cream is here for the holidays

Matt Raboin, co-owner of Brix Cider in Mount Horeb, was baffled that Wisconsin had only a few locally produced cream liqueurs.

“We are in the dairy state — a state that also happens to be known for crafting delicious beverages,” he says. “It just [didn’t] make sense.”
