MADISON, Wis. — A 44-year-old woman was arrested on Sunday for an alleged hit-and-run and her fourth offense operating while intoxicated on Madison’s east side, police said.
A vehicle was hit head-on in the area of North Thompson Road at Swanton Road at around 5:55 p.m. The victim provided the suspect’s license plate information and a vehicle description.
