MADISON, Wis. — A 16-year-old boy was arrested Monday afternoon after Madison police said he made a bomb threat at an apartment complex.
Officers were called to a four-story apartment complex on the city’s west side just after 3:30 p.m. The teen and his mother reportedly spoke with police and were cooperative.
