MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Police officers spent hours on Saturday negotiating with an armed man barricaded inside a home on Madison’s near east side, the Madison Police Department said.
Police were sent at about 4:10 p.m. to a house on Bay Ridge Drive after a man threatened his father with a knife, MPD said. The man also took his father’s phone.
