Golden Nest Pancakes & Cafe, a small Wisconsin chain with restaurants in Wauwatosa, Sun Prairie and Oshkosh, will soon add a Madison location to its lineup. The brunch spot is currently set to open in February, replacing a former Panera Bread at 3416 University Ave.
“We have been looking at the Madison market for a long time just waiting for the right opportunity,” says Wayne Doney, the restaurant’s general manager.
