EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) – WEAU is now learning when the upcoming Chippewa Falls Area Unified School District’s superintendent learned of criminal misconduct at the Sun Prairie Area School District, where he currently works.
For context, the scandal surrounds a former high school dean of students at Sun Prairie West High School, Robert Gilkey-Meisegeier, who was arrested in July for child sexual assault and child exploitation.
An investigative report was released on Tuesday, shining light on who knew about the misconduct and if anyone failed to report it.
