MADISON, Wis. (WFRV) – Officials in central Wisconsin say an injured man was cited Friday afternoon after being hit by a car.
According to the Madison Police Department, officers responded around 12:30 p.m. to the area of Mineral Point Road and Grand Canyon Drive for reports of a pedestrian being hit by a vehicle.

Police determined that the pedestrian started on a bus platform, which he got off of and began walking in the road right before being hit by the car.
