Fifth person charged in 2023 killing of Madison teen at Harmony Apartments

MADISON, Wis. — A fifth person was charged Thursday in connection with the 2023 shooting death of a Madison teen.

Domon Goodwan, 22, of Madison is charged with first-degree intentional homicide as a party to a crime, three counts of attempted first-degree intentional homicide as a party to a crime and one count of first-degree recklessly endangering safety as a party to a crime.

The charges stem from an October 2023 shooting outside the Harmony Apartments on Madison’s east side that killed 15-year-old Kyesha Miller and hurt three others.

Four other men — Javian White, Reginald Sexton, Wilson Clark and Donivan Douglas — were also charged in the shooting. Those four were scheduled to go on trial in October 2025, but proceedings were put on hold after prosecutors discovered that another person may have been involved in the shooting…
