(WINDSOR) A former Beaver Dam insurance agent faces criminal charges after a domestic incident last month. Dane County court records show Mason Gunderson made an initial appearance on Jan. 22 on charges of Criminal Damage to Property and Criminal Trespass to a dwelling with Domestic Abuse modifiers.
Gunderson faces several other charges, including: 2nd Degree Reckless Endangerment, Fleeing and Eluding, Failure to Comply with Officers’ Attempt to Take into Custody, Violation of a 72-hour No Contact order, and Disorderly Conduct.
According to news reports, Dane County deputies arrested Gunderson, 36, on Dec. 29 after a domestic-related call. Later that same night, deputies were called to the same home a second time when he allegedly violated a no-contact order that was issued during the first call…
