PRAIRIE DU SAC, Wisconsin — Culver’s said it plans to shake up its menu this year with a mix of bolder flavors, seasonal desserts and updated digital perks, as the fast-casual chain looks to satisfy diners eager for new tastes while keeping its Midwest comfort-food identity intact.
Company leaders outlined a yearlong strategy that blends experimentation with familiar staples, including several limited-time pub-style burgers, pumpkin-themed desserts for fall and fresh additions to its rotating frozen custard lineup.
Among the headline additions are four pub burgers featuring new sauces and protein combinations, along with updated takes on the brand’s signature ButterBurger. The company also is planning to introduce two new “Flavor of the Day” custard varieties and rework a classic menu item inspired by Wisconsin supper club traditions later in the year…
