MADISON, Wis. — A Dane County judge dismissed a lawsuit filed against embattled beagle breeder Ridglan Farms.
The lawsuit was filed by the No Nonhuman Rights Project (NhRP) and the Animal Activist Legal Defense Project (AALDP) alleged that dogs at Ridglan Farms are subjected to conditions that violate Wisconsin’s animal cruelty laws.
