The end of the Wisconsin vs. Indiana game was decided by the Big Ten officials. There’s just no way around it, and while you could make an argument for Boyd’s call, even if it’s ridiculous that he was driving away from the basket and Indiana was clearly trying to foul. The call on John Blackwell was as terrible as any foul call can get. Blackwell did everything right, did not make contact, and Wilkerson tripped. The whistle then gave Wilkerson a chance to win the game.
