MONONA, Wis. — A 28-year-old Madison man was arrested early Saturday morning for initiating a car pursuit after he took a female passenger against her will, according to the Monona Police Department.
Madison police received information involving a white Chevrolet Malibu with a dark license plate cover that drove off from officers during an attempted traffic stop in the area of South Park Street shortly before 1 a.m.
