Second watch: Indiana experiences another cardiac event in overtime win against Wisconsin

With six minutes remaining, Indiana held a 64-56 lead over the Badgers. The Hoosiers’ win probability sat at 94.4 percent on BartTorvik.com. However, that number was not 100 percent, and Wisconsin used a 10-0 run to drop Indiana’s chances down to 10.7 percent with 50 seconds left in regulation. The sudden drops and spikes in probability mirrored the UCLA game last week. Once again, the Hoosiers found a way to put a tally in the win column.

The final two calls in overtime have received all of the attention in Indiana’s 78-77 overtime victory. Those were high-leverage situations, but numerous plays and trends led to that point.
