A nationally-awarded chef knows this to be true. Recently in Paoli, James Beard finalist Chef Rob Connoley served a special dinner at Seven Acre Dairy Company. He found a way to honor the area recipes you may already have in your hearts and on your bookshelves.
“This is going to be acorn donuts,” Chef Rob Connoley said while kneading a a big blob of dough.
