MIDDLETON, Wis. (WMTV) – Seventh graders at Kromrey Middle School learned about post-secondary education and career opportunities in Dane County during the school’s “Trade Up” event Tuesday morning.
Plumbers, electricians, operating engineers and representatives from Hooper Corporation and Findorff spoke with students about careers in the trades, including job responsibilities, pay and apprenticeship opportunities. They also demonstrated skills used in their fields.
