MADISON, Wis. — Forty-one students from the Madison area elementary and middle schools filled up Madison College’s Mitby Theater to compete in the Madison All-City Spelling Bee on Saturday.
Students between third and eighth grade took part in the competition, meeting other competitors and spelling words like “hors d’oeuvres” and “ultimatum.”
