MADISON, Wis. — A Madison father and daughter accused in the killing of a man on the city’s south side are heading to trial, online court records showed Tuesday.
Jorge Baez, 67, is charged with first degree intentional homicide while Melissa Basilio-Ruiz, 44, is charged with six counts of possessing a firearm as a convicted felon.
