Wisconsin’s West Coast tip-off time gives Badger fans every right to be upset

The Big Ten Network loves to have a late-night thriller, and the West Coast teams have given them plenty of opportunities to schedule that final game of the evening. Badger fans, though, won’t be happy to hear that the tip time tomorrow vs. Oregon is at 10 pm CT. That’s an 8 pm PST tip-off for Oregon fans. Both will send the game into the wee hours, but 10 pm is brutal, and it will be past midnight when the game concludes.

It’s one thing to have this game at 10 pm on a weekend, but on a Wednesday? That’s awful, and fans should be frustrated with how adding the West Coast schools to the Big Ten has created a bit of a time zone monster. However, if you plan to watch, here are the details.

How to watch Wisconsin vs. Oregon

Odds, analytics, prediction for Wisconsin vs. Oregon

FanDuel has set the spread at -4.5 in favor of Wisconsin over Oregon. The over/under is at 151.5. After Wisconsin outpaced Iowa and put over 80 points on them for the first time all season, the over/under went up from that game. However, Vegas still has both teams under 80. Oregon’s defense isn’t as good, and the final score is predicted by Vegas to be 78 – 73 (if you take the under).

ESPN Analytics has this match out of hand, giving the Badgers a 70.7% win probability. That’s about as high as you will see in a Big Ten conference game…
