Dane Co. judge finds probable cause for suspects arrested in Madison homicide

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A man suspected in a homicide on Madison’s south side will move forward in the court process after having a hearing Tuesday in Dane County Court, online records show.

Jorge Eleodoro Baez appeared Tuesday, where Judge Payal Khandhar ordered Baez be bound over for trial, meaning probable cause was found to proceed with the case. An arraignment hearing will scheduled.
