MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – The Madison Police Department is investigating after a person ran out of a building and into traffic, causing a rollover crash Tuesday night.
At around 10:15 p.m., the Madison Police Department was requested to check on a person passed out in a convenience store entryway in the 3500 block of E. Washington Avenue.
