MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – The City of Middleton appointed Kris O’Dell as the new chief of the Middleton Emergency Medical Services Department, marking the start of a new chapter in the department’s leadership under a seasoned veteran with deep roots in the community.
Chief O’Dell officially assumed the role on February 23, following approval by the Middleton Common Council.
He has served more than three decades in emergency medical service. For more than 25 years, he served as a licensed paramedic with Middleton EMS.
Since last summer, Chief O’Dell has served as officer in charge.
