MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A Monroe backyard chicken owner offers guidance to keep birds safe after a case of avian flu was confirmed in Dane County.

Darlene Konkle, state veterinarian with the Division of Animal Health at DATCP shared new details on the case.
