SUN PRAIRIE, Wis. — A judge dismissed a lawsuit against the Sun Prairie School Board and former superintendent Brad Saron.
Filed by Justin Smith last September, the lawsuit’s complaint accused the board of repeatedly holding closed-session meetings without meeting the specificity requirements laid out under state law.
The lawsuit alleges the board discussed important matters behind closed doors without demonstrating an individualized need to do so, and that meeting notices did not include detailed-enough information about the subject matters of such meetings…
