MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A woman is accused of setting fire to a pile of pallets Thursday night outside of a building on East Washington Avenue, the Madison Police Department reported on Friday.
A group of people told MPD that someone allegedly confessed to starting a fire, the police department said in an incident report.
Officers discovered a pile of burning pallets around 11:25 p.m. Thursday on the 600 block of East Washington Avenue. MPD said people were inside of the building at the time the fire started…
