MADISON, Wis. — Madison police arrested a man last week who they said stabbed his roommate on the city’s east side.
Police said the victim was moving out of an apartment in the 700 block of Topaz Lane at around 7:10 p.m. on March 6 when an argument began. Keegan Matthews, 24, allegedly grabbed the victim by the neck and stabbed him in the arm.
The victim was found lying in the driveway, bleeding, and was taken to an area hospital…
