MADISON, Wis. — Multiple municipalities across southern Wisconsin declared snow or winter weather emergencies Sunday as a winter storm moved through the area.
Areas of southern Wisconsin could see up to a foot of snow from the storm. Gov. Tony Evers declared a state of emergency on Saturday, with portions of northeast Wisconsin in line for blizzard conditions and up to two feet of snow.
