MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A driver accused in a deadly pedestrian crash in Madison earlier this year pleaded not guilty on Tuesday, online court records show.
Jordan Killerlain, 30, appeared in Dane County Court, where a not guilty plea was entered for him.
He is accused of operating after revocation-causing death, which is a felony. He is also accused of tampering with an ignition interlock device, which is a misdemeanor.
A bond hearing was also held for Killerlain Tuesday. His cash bond was reduced from $35,000 to $15,000…
