Representatives from Veridian Homes and village consultant Vandewalle & Associates talked about the concept plan for an approximately 250-single-family home residential development of around 66 acres north of Netherwood Road and west of Peterson Trail. The land is currently owned by Ronald R. & Julie M. Jenkins Joint Revocable Trust and Susan K. and Brian T. Connor.
The board approved an amendment to the state’s Dane County Water Quality Management Plan to expand the Village’s Urban Service Area boundaries to include that area.
