Mom meets snow plow driver who cleared path to hospital for her ambulance when she was in labor during snow storm

MADISON, Wis. — A woman who went into labor during the big snow storm earlier this week got a visit from the plow driver who answered the call and quickly cleared a path for her to get to the hospital.

Nyangi Wambura said things progressed quickly when she went into labor late Sunday night.

“When my water broke, that’s when contractions got worse,” Wambura said. “I couldn’t handle it. So, I told my husband, and my husband decided to call the ambulance.”…
