Special prosecutor details investigation into potential violations at Ridglan Farms

Ridglan Farms in Dane County has been breeding dogs for biomedical research for 60 years. A special prosecutor spent months investigating whether the actions and business practices at Ridglan Farms crossed into criminal behavior.

La Crosse County District Attorney Tim Gruenke joined Wisconsin’s Midday News to explain what happened when citizen activists asked a judge to issue a complaint against the organization alleging potential violations.
