MADISON, Wis. — Madison police received a report of masked juveniles in ski masks attempting to enter cars on the city’s north side Thursday morning.
Police were dispatched to the 4300 block of Melody Ln just before 2:30 a.m. where the juveniles were reportedly checking door handles.
