MADISON, Wis. — Madison Police Chief John Patterson is raising questions about findings in the city’s Independent Police Monitor annual report that documented stark racial disparities in policing.
The 2025-26 report, released earlier this week, was taken down from the city’s website on Thursday and is now under review following concerns raised by the police department.
