MADISON, Wis. — Madison police arrested a suspect in connection to the death of a 61-year-old woman at a downtown parking ramp Sunday.
A 31-year-old person was arrested outside their apartment building on the 3200 block of Milwaukee Street around 4 p.m. Monday.
