MADISON, Wis. – A 16-year-old was shot and killed while looking to buy drugs in December 2025, a criminal complaint alleged.
Devon Mason, 19, of Madison has been charged with armed robbery-party to a crime and felony murder-party to a crime stemming from the Dec. 23, 2025 shooting, and is being held at the Dane County Jail.
