Dear Editor: I am writing this letter to support Lisa Janairo, for the mayor of Middleton.
Effective communication skills are critical to lead and facilitate all tasks as a mayor, and as such, Lisa excels in that field. Lisa gives high priority for any concerns, opinions or suggestions coming from the residents. She tries to reach you personally to resolve any issues. This itself confirms her passion to offer help.
With the new construction rapidly evolving around High Road, residents had concerns about the high traffic as well as current condition of High Road and questions about how to maintain safety in the neighborhood. When I contacted Lisa with all these concerns, she promptly reached me and assured me that she would investigate it. She did not stop there. She contacted the city engineer and then planned a meeting in person with me and him at the site itself. In spite of her busy schedule, she made time to be at the site, and that certainly demonstrates her commitment to serve the community…
