Police in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin say a 27-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly arranging for a rideshare to bring a child under 12 from Harvard, Illinois to Wisconsin, where he sexually assaulted the victim. The child was later found safe and reunited with family.
