Flock cameras used to track suspect in trailer theft, Columbia Co. sheriff says

PORTAGE, Wis. — Multiple law enforcement agencies worked together over the weekend, using Flock cameras to track down a man who allegedly stole a trailer.

Columbia County Sheriff Roger Brandner said the trailer was stolen in Dane County. Brander’s office was notified at around 3:10 p.m. Friday that someone tried to sell the trailer in Plover.

Deputies were able to identify a vehicle and suspect involved in the sale, then used Flock cameras to track the suspect to a hotel in Portage. The suspect, a 22-year-old Markesan man, was arrested at the hotel without incident…
