MADISON, Wis. — Grooming charges were filed against a Vel Phillips Memorial teacher for an alleged inappropriate relationship with a student.
Eliav Goldman, 29, was charged with sexual misconduct by school staff or volunteer, and grooming of a child for sexual activity-position or trust. Goldman was also a teacher at Toki Middle School. He also worked at the Children Theater of Madison.
Goldman was given a cash bond of $5,000, and ordered not to have any contact with any children…
