MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Hail swept through the Madison area Tuesday night, leaving cars and homes damaged.
Many people spent Wednesday cleaning up and starting repairs. Residents said they were shocked by the aftermath, and others said they were wondering how much it will cost them.
“We’ve never had a hailstorm like this as far as I remember,” said Dan Probst, whose home and cars were damaged.
Hail as big as baseballs hit Probst’s home.
“The large hail started quickly with the wind and broke this window when we were standing in the kitchen,” Probst said…
