Man charged with battery of a Dane County Jail deputy

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A Chicago man faces charges of battery to a law enforcement officer after allegedly assaulting a deputy in the Dane County Jail on Sunday.

Dane County Sheriff’s Office said that jail deputies in the Public Safety Building were called for a deputy in need of help.
