Madison police arrest man who crashed stolen motorcycle

MADISON, Wis. — Madison police arrested a 38-year-old Madison man last Thursday who they said crashed a stolen motorcycle on the city’s west side.

An officer on the westbound Beltline reportedly recorded the man driving over 90mph in a 55mph zone. The man allegedly cut across multiple lanes of traffic and tried to exit the Beltline when he saw the officer.

Police said the man refused to pul over when the officer turned on their lights. Eventually, the man crashed into a grassy area near the off-ramp to Whitney Way…
