A Marietta man was charged with DUI over the weekend after police say his actions led to a child being hospitalized during a police chase along Interstate 75.
James Levi Lynn, 30, who is listed as being homeless in Marietta, is accused of operating a Nissan Sentra at more than 130 mph while under the influence of drugs.
